Breakfast at the White Harte in Woodland Hills
I set myself up with an early morning project last Saturday of photographing all of the Woodland Hills marijuana stores that I could find. That kind of hard work always generates some hunger for a delicious breakfast. I remembered seeing a sign on the White Harte’s (22456 Ventura Blvd) exterior that they were now serving breakfast daily, so I figured I’d stop by.
The White Harte is of course an English pub, so the menu is littered with delicious and undoubtedly joyously artery clogging culinary delights like bangers and “Irish bacon rashers.” I must confess I don’t even know what rashers are but perhaps I will try that next time after I check out their Wikipedia entry.
I decided to keep it simple and got the “Ham and Scrambled Eggs” which consisted of “3 Scrambled Eggs, smoked ham with shredded cheddar, fresh salsa and potatoes.” They were actually quite delicious. Also what was best about the experience was eating outside, street side on Ventura Blvd. It’s nice to have a sidewalk-type breakfast every now and again, and the White Harte I think is a good destination for it.
Try it out!

Wash it down with a pint o’ Guinness, Newcastle, Killian’s or Murphy’s, mate!
I thought English food is horrible. The only thing good is high tea.
I love the White harte…Has darts, foosetable. A Patio…Great sherpards pie. Also they play all of the (football) Soccer games. All the time!! Great place for the world cup next year!
