Degenerate Disney Grandson Racks Up 19+ Felony Charges After December 9th Arrest
Looks like Walt Disney’s daughter’s degenerate spawn will have plenty of prison time ahead of him to reflect on what a scumbag he is. As you might remember, he was arrested December 9th at his Woodland Hills home.
CBS2 writes:
Los Angeles County prosecutors say the grandson of the late Walt Disney has been charged with multiple counts of illegal gun possession and drug possession.
Patrick Disney Miller initially was charged with one felony count of possession of ammunition by a felon. Nearly two dozen additional felony counts were filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court.
The 42-year-old Miller was arrested earlier this month after a search warrant was executed at his Woodland Hills home.
Authorities say police found 13 handguns, a rifle, an illegal assault rifle and various drugs.
Miller is barred from owning guns or ammunition following a 2005 conviction on drug possession in Fresno.
Miller faces more than eight years in prison if convicted.

Food Forward Needs Help From Woodland Hills Homeowners and Land Barons
Grace Kilzi, a Woodland Hills resident, recently contacted me and asked if I’d make a post about a charitable organization that she works with – Food Forward.
She writes:
Hi Hills of Woodland,
I follow you on Twitter and was wondering if you could promote this group on your website. As a resident of Woodland Hills, I see fruit trees in everyone’s yard. There has to be a way to get to these people other than my putting flyers in their mailboxes…
FOOD FORWARD
Got Fruit Trees?
Got a Little Time?
Food Forward is a non profit organization that harvests fruit trees and then provides local food pantries with all the fresh fruit picked by volunteers. FOOD FORWARD has partnered with SOVA to provide fresh fruit to thousands of families in need. If you have mature fruit trees with too much fruit to pick or if you are looking for a volunteer project to do with family or friends on a Sunday afternoon, contact FOOD FORWARD at 818-530-4125 or FOODFORWARD.ORG
HARVEST FOOD * FIGHT HUNGER * BUILD COMMUNITY
This is a no brainer people. Those of you who own fruit trees know that so much of the fruit goes to waste, feeds rodents, or creates a smelly mess in your yard. So, why not contact Food Forward, and they can arrange for volunteers to come out, pick some fruit off your trees, and get it to where it can make a difference.
Grace adds more about the process:
They really need lots of locations. I see so many full trees everywhere in the valley, especially in Woodland Hills. If you can just let people know about Food Forward, that would be great. Erica from Food Forward will come out and look at the property and then arrange a time that is convenient for the homeowner for volunteers to come and pick the fruit. It’s very simple for the homeowner and the food banks really need the fresh fruit. It’s an amazing group of volunteers.
Thank you for promoting it; I really appreciate it.
So, if you have fruit trees on your property, please contact Food Forward at 818-530-4125 or go fill out the donor form on their website.
Honestly, like I said, this is a no brainer. If you’ve got fruit trees, do this. If you let me know about it, I’ll even come out and pick some fruit myself and write about it for the blog. You’ll be the envy of your community, a virtual rock star. Can’t beat that.
Food Forward also has a nice and frequently updated blog (with pictures) about their activities at http://foodforward.wordpress.com/.

Get Me Outta Here! Christmas Tree Lot At Owensmouth & Victory Gone On Dec 26th
I was driving around in the early morning hours of December 26th, and noticed that the Christmas Tree lot on the corner of Victory and Owensmouth (the former Pumpkin Patch) had already packed up and cleared out. I found it interesting and took the above picture for your viewing pleasure.
Maybe we’ll see them again next year, although perhaps construction on “The Village” will have begun by then.

Parking Ticket Victory Is Mine!
A few weeks ago I was visiting a local shop and accidentally allowed my meter to expire. Thankfully, there was one problem with the meter – it was in a 2 hour zone but only allowed you to deposit 1 hour worth of coins, after which it would eat your money. Seems like at any given time 40 to 50 percent of the parking meters in Woodland Hills are malfunctioning one way or another.
I brought this to the attention of Los Angeles Parking Enforcement in my request for an administrative review. Surprisingly, they sided with me and suspended the ticket. Yay!

An Evolutionary Step Backwards For The West Valley, Pottery Barn Topanga Closing January 3rd
Pottery Barn writes in an e-mail:
We would like to thank you for shopping and supporting our Pottery Barn Topanga store over the years. We are closing our store on Sunday, January 3rd. Although we are sad to say goodbye, we know our nearby locations will continue to provide the same high-quality designs and customer service you expect from us. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, but hope you will visit us at our locations listed below. Thanks again for your support, for giving us a place in your community, and for choosing Pottery Barn for all of your home furnishing needs.
This is the store in the Westfield Topanga Plaza shopping mall, and is located across from the Disney Store. Every mall seems to have a ‘dead section’ and I’d say that this area of the mall fits that description. All I can say about the store closing is, “No Bueno!” The e-mail says to stop by for some “amazing prices” and a gentle weeping session.

Crate & Barrel Year End Sale Draws Huge Morning Crowd In Woodland Hills
For some insane and unknown reason I was driving around town at 8:50AM this morning when I noticed huge lines at the front and back entrances to Crate & Barrel. After a quick phone call to the store, I learned they are having a big sale on all seasonal merchandise (50% off). Also, when I got home I was able to check my e-mail and see this:
I’m glad to see there are so many other C&B fans in Woodland Hills!
