Two Arrests Made In Michael Conoscenti Murder Case, More To Come?
In a long response to the fact that I re-posted Courtney Conoscenti’s praise of the LAPD, either her or a friend of hers (probably both) writes (abridged version):
Thank you Mr. Hills of Woodland for ruining everything because after I wrote the article I wrote I realized I probably shouldnt have written what I wrote because its probably not supposed to go public yet because if that were the case It would be public RIGHT? You agree with me Girard correct? So if you feel you need to go and call the detectives to see if “this is in fact true” then you go ahead and ruin things but if you really think the police are going to give you any information on Damiens murder investigation at all or case at all your Delusional.You calling to find out info. is just going to cause problems for myself there going to stop giving me information because I made a mistake and opened my mouth too soon and idiouts like YOU have to go and cause havoc by bugging the detectives when there not going to give you any information because your nobody But im sure you already know there not going to update you.So if the detectives stop informing me because you made a phone call You can best bet im going to make a phone call or two. Im asking you to leave well enough alone take my word for it
Regardless, once arrests have been made in a case, at least that part is public record. So I contacted detective Ammon Williams today to ask about the status of the case. He writes:
We have made two arrests in the Conoscenti case with and are looking at additional suspects in the case. Because we have outstanding suspects and our investigation is still pending I can not release any additional information at this time.Detective Williams

Let me begin the response to this particular post in which I have been procrastinating and wanting to write However everytime I think about writing it thats all I do is think it For reasons ive yet to even understand or know I wont write the truth In what needs to be voiced and what the people,citizens that are to be served and protected really ned to know about there local LAW ENFORCEMENT!!!First put yourself in my shoes Imagine “YOURSELF AS ME”finding YOUR Fiance,or perhaps “YOUR”brother,mother,father,sister,husband,best friend SOMEONE YOU LOVE WITH ALL YOUR HEART,Someone you would give your life for in exchange for your own if you could.Imagine that loved one dyeing the most brutal of deaths. Tortured for 10 minutes Thats a long time when your dyeing.but your not dyeing fast enough it feels endless,eternal because your being tortured for what feels like forever Right?Imagine your the person who finds your brother,mother,father,sister,husband,best friend,fiance lying in bed completley naked,stabbed to death multiple times.Youd think that,that would be the worst of it right?But wait being you happened upon your loved one alone when the police get there imagine being treated like a criminal,A murder The detectives rip you away from your loved one whom your holding in your arms praying he/she is still alive making a bet with god that bet being that YOU PROMISE YOULL DO ANYTHING IN THE WORLD IF “GOD YOU JUST KEEP HIM/HER THE ONE ONE I LOVE MORE THEN ANYTHING IN THE WORLD, MORE THEN LIFE ITSELF ALIVE Meaning it like youve never ment anything in the world,in your entire life MEANING IT SO BAD IT HURTS!As you sit in the back of the police car in handcuffs.Anyways obviously i wasnt suspect very long right? Now to the main point of this post. IF I MAY …………PLEASE …SUCH A FOOL I MADE OF MYSELF THANKING OUR LOCAL TOPANGA POLICE STATION-HOMICIDE DETECTIVES IN PARTICULAR DAVID PETEQUE AS WELL AS AMON WILLIAMS they made out like they were working so very hard on finding Damien Micheals murderers. Not only did they make out like they were working hard they LIED!DAVID AND AMON ARE COMPLETE LIARS.I dont state this ignorantly.I have facts to back up my statements.I am beyond fed up with there disrespect.Ive been lied to over and over and over.by the two of them.The praise I sent them i discard completley AND YOU SHOULD DISCARD IT AS WELL!!I truly believed they had three in custody untill it was so obviously apparant they were lying to me., Why would they go so far with there lies? I could see them saying something to the affect of “Are leads are good or WERE CLOSE” But to make up three suspects with no release of names mind you which automatically becomes public record right?Well where is that public record. Its a mystery that public record is in the minds of Amon and DAVID THATS WERE THESE KILLERS REMAIN.I have a huch they know a lot more then they say and have already so obviously made the decision to leave it be. Let the case run dry,COLD.There not losing any sleep over Damiens murderers although they know EXACTLY what took place and all involved there letting mayem murderers live as free as birds with no care in the world as these murderes choose there nxt victim although these sorry excuses for “detectives” act as if there working this case above and beyond call as if there actually lifting there fingers when in truth the only thing there lifting there fingers for in regards to damien is to bring the dohnuts to there mouths at all yet acting full of concern. So why wont these guys go after henieous murderers most detectives wanting to make rank would die to break a case such as this.What could be the bigger picture there letting this case run cold.Did are mayor step in?Yet look at our Mayor everyone knows hes orginized himself. So detective Peteque and Amon I owe it ALL to you .I owe the fact that Damiens killers still run free its indefinite now because a case becomes cold after a month or maybe even before a month.Detectives im sure you saw to it that this case ran cold all the while leading his loved ones to believe youd solved it probably so we wouldnt get in the way right.JOB WELL DONE.!!Thankyou for the continuious lies,the call backs,the phone numbers i requested funny you say his time of death was 6:30 am although i know for fact it was 4;30 am so my question to you David why would you then ask and may i just say this really made you look inadequite for your job…(In Davids words)”So let me ask you a question now you said when you found him he was breathing right?”(in my words)Well umm actually no detective let me reiteriate exactly what i said and that was i so badly wanted him to be alive that what i hoped was him breathing was just his energy i felt because his eyes remained half open the whole time.Now my question to you the people citizens that are to be served and protected but are we really?My question is if Damiens time of death was 6:30 am and i found him at 9:30 am then why 5 months later after Damiens death would the detective then ask me this in the unprofessional manner in which he did.?You be the judge of that.What i do owe to YOU detectives is the fact that there wont be Justice for Damien,That you allow henieous murderers to run free.You bolth should have studyied the arts and not law enforcement because you had me fooled. You could have been famous actors.YOUR really good.Thank you for the consistant lies.YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELFS OF YOUR CONDUCT I hope you feel good inside about the decision you have made in regards to Damien and this case Damien deserves Justice your AS GOOD AS MURDERERS!as far as all who love Damien are concerned There WILL BE JUSTICE ONE WAY OR ANOTHER ALWAYS,SINCERLEY COURTNEY

I just want to say thank you to the topanga homicide division for doing absolutly fucking nothing in the case of micheal conoscenti i will be going down to your local division in the next few weeks with my beautiful baby girl so that this becomes a little more real to you if thats even possible. If in fact you have any heart at all i gave birth two wks ago to a 6pd 13 ounce 18 1/2 inch long little girl I named her Nevaeh Skye im sure you can all figure out why she was named that. Id post a pic but theres a lot of crazy people out there id rather keep her face out of public eye it kills me because she looks just like him and hed be so happy and so in love with his daughter if he were here as M i so thanks to these useless dwtectives for not lifting a finger and for not serving justice i promise i will be at the topanga division in the nxt few wks demanding answers as well as to pick up our belongings that went to evidence its been damn near 10 months you still havent fpund these animals and i dont think you plan on finding them anytime soon or shall i say you dont plan on arresting them anytime soon Damien rest in peace my love if you can Nevaeh and I love you,Always Courtney
