We are sad the season ended and hope that it will become a seasonal fixture. My husband really improved his form [beginner at 56yrs]. We went every Thursday. It was our date night. He fell a lot, the kids laughed. He scraped his knee, had some stiff joints, bonked his knee, fell some more, belly-flopped onto the ice, yep, and fell some more. The whole experience was really funny for an old married couple like us. We are clearly ready for the Olympics. I think I'll sign us up for ballroom dancing tomorrow to prepare for us ice dancing in the fall. What else is there to do on Thursdays?! My entire family ejoyed the ice skating rink.
