Best Buy Shooting Pictures
After hearing about the incident from some friends and readers, I headed over to Best Buy to see what was going on. Owensmouth was closed off, as well as Victory Blvd in front of Best Buy. Took the pictures below, including one of the individual’s shoes which was visible on the ground in front of the Best Buy. These pictures were taken at around 12:30pm.

Best Buy is located off of Victory Blvd not Ventura Blvd. Whare was the shoe shot taken from? Pier one is not that close to Best Buy.
Alan, thanks for catching that mistake about the street name, I was rushing when I wrote this post. I took the shoe picture myself, zooming in from 200 feet away standing on Owensmouth Avenue near the Westfield parking structure, it’s an optical illusion that makes the Pier 1 sign seem closer.

I was there that day! I had actually just clocked in about two minutes before and then went over to go help a customer in the MP3/iPod section.
