    I’d say the destruction of the Bank of America building on the SW corner of TCB and Vanowen would be a good start. That thing is U-G-L-Y and looks like it’s begging to be robbed.

    How this is supposed to mitigate traffic a mile away is, of course, unclear, but I’m still not on board with the ‘traffic nightmare’ scenario anyway. Traffic around the CP Costco and the Westlake Costco isn’t bad.

    Given the Costco is essentially re-locating, I don’t see how it creates “additional” traffic. It would be all the same people shopping at it that currently shop at the Canoga Park location.

    If it were the first of it’s kind in the area, I could see the concern, but it’s not. And given Costco’s other locations (Van Nuys, Westlake Village and Northridge), it’s not as if people will be driving in from miles away just to shop in Woodland Hills.
