Morton's - Woodland Hills, CA

Morton's - Woodland Hills, CA

As you may have realized, I’ve been a Morton’s loving fiend for the past week or so.  I’m sad that I only recently discovered how relaxing and fun the bar there is.  I almost went again last night, but I had some work that I really needed to attend to.  Last Friday I had the pleasure of meeting their Sales & Marketing Manager Matthew Prince, who was a really friendly and down to Earth guy who is also a Woodland Hills resident.

Matthew gave met the heads up about an event being held at Morton’s this Thursday, March 18th.  Morton’s The Steakhouse has been holding these Puff On The Patio events across the country and it is becoming something of a trend.  They feature pairings of hand-rolled cigars, cocktails, wines, scotch, and excellent food for an all inclusive price of $115.  Yep, this includes also tax and gratuity.  Not a  bad deal at all for the cigar, food, and wine aficionado.

Smoking on food establishment patios will be banned in Los Angeles next year, so eat a fine steak and smoke a fine cigar at a great restaurant while you still can!

Morton’s website:

Join us as we step out on the patio for great food, chilled cocktails and exquisite cigars.

Woodland Hills Wine Company Gets Mention in LA Times Food Section

Written by Girard on October 7, 2009 - 0 Comments
Categories: In The News, Shopping

The LA Times Food section did a quick write up today on where to find some great “harvest whites” and Woodland Hills Wine Company (22622 Ventura Blvd.) one of the places they pointed folks to. I’m not much of a wine drinker myself, but I’ve been inside the Woodland Hills Wine Company a couple of times, and the selection is amazing.  Check out the article below.  Woodland Hills Wine company is also a great place to pick up a holiday or party gift for the discerning wine aficionado in your life.  I should write their ad copy.

Whenever I mention a local business I’m going to attach a little map to where they are.  Hopefully it won’t get too annoying.
